Shipping Packaging: Most orders (dependent on size) will be packaged inside a mailing box and then sealed in a bubble mailing envelope to ensure contents are received undamaged. If an order is larger in size, it will be packaged inside a USPS or UPS box and mailed without a bubble mailing envelope.
Shipping Times and Providers: Items will ship within 5 business days of receiving an order and payment. Customers can select to have their orders shipped via USPS (USPS First Class/Priority/Priority Mail Express) or UPS (Ground/Standard/2nd or 3rd Day Air). Please understand that Wren & Rita cannot guarantee shipping times. Delivery time will be estimated (based on USPS or UPS transit/delivery times) at checkout. Once packages leave our hands it is out of our control. We provide tracking numbers for all orders.
Shipping Zones and Rates: We currently ship to all contiguous US states. If you are outside the US or in AK or HI, please email us at info@wrenandrita.com to inquire about adding your location. Rates will depend on the weight of your package and will be available once the checkout process is started.
Free Shipping: We do not currently offer free shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address: All orders must be shipped to the address given at checkout. We will no longer change addresses in order to better protect our customers and ourselves. If your address is incorrect, we will cancel and refund your order as long as it hasn't already been processed so that you may reorder with the correct address.
Orders Returned to Sender: Should an order be returned to Wren & Rita due to an incorrectly entered address by the customer, the order can be reshipped, at the cost of the customer, once correct address information is provided.
Shipping Issues: If your order experiences a shipping issue/exception in transit (no movement, shows delivered while not being, RTS, etc.) please contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 222-1811 or UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877. You will need to open a case with USPS or UPS in regards to your shipment. If USPS or UPS is unable to resolve the issue, YOU will need to provide us with that case # before further action can be taken.
