All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for any items. Please carefully read product descriptions to determine if the product is suitable for you. We strive to provide as complete a description as possible when it comes to our scents. Returns and Exchange Details: Our goal is to provide you with a high-quality product. While we pride ourselves on quality control, there may be times when things happen. If you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged please contact us to remedy the situation.

Damage to products due to high temperatures: In areas with higher temperatures, it is STRONGLY recommended that your package be delivered to a location where it will not sit in the heat. All of our products are 100% natural and WILL melt if left in the heat. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that melted due to higher temperatures. 

Product Shelf Life: All products are natural, handmade to order, and are recommended to be used within 12 months.

All equipment is cleaned and sterilized between use but may still contain traces of tree nut and/or peanut oils.
